Can't launch the guestshell on the Cat9K in the sandbox (IOS XE on Catalyst 9000)

Hi,
had to reload the Cat9K as the guestshell was having issues.
After a reload, although I seems to do everything I should do, show app-hosting list returns a runnning state

When I launch it, I still stay at the IOS-XE level..

Anyone can help please?
Wondering if it's not VirtualPortGroup configuration that is missing..

cat9300-2#show app-hosting list

Trying this: guestshell destroy - no iox - reboot - iox - guestshell enable

Xavier, by destroying the guestshell and enabling it again it should work. Try the following commands:

>cat9300-2#guestshell destroy

Guestshell destroyed successfully

>cat9300-2#guestshell enable

Management Interface will be selected if configured

Please wait for completion

Guestshell enabled successfully

>cat9300-2#guestshell
