Hi
I have an enterprise-reservation in CML ( From 5_25_2023 8:50 AM until 5_25_2023 12:50 PM) that I would like to cancel. How can I do that?
I really need to make the reservation tonight from 7 instead....
Thanks in advance.

I dont think you can cancel this until it has started the build process at the time you set the reservation, an admin of the sandbox team would be the only person to cancel a future reservation.
To cancel, go to 'reservations' you will see the sandbox's you have running, one you had running and those you have set up for future times. To the far right of the sandbox you want to delete, end etc.. expand the box and select your actions. Hope this helps.

Do you know how to get in contact with an administrator of the sandbox-team?

Only here via this community.

I managed to get in contact with the admin of devnetsandbox.cisco.com.
Now my reservation has been removed

I have the exact same issue just now. How did you manage to get in contact with the admin to cancel the reservation please?
I can't believe there isn't a simple "cancel" function in the reservations tab.

Well. Although that I am against just emailing people listed on sites then I was forced to do just that as this was my only way out of the mess.
So I searched the devnet-site. And rather quick I found a contact in there.
When I search for the exact same now then it is rather difficult to find it again....
But now I managed.
At https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/RM/Topology
you make a reservation of a topology. When the default topology is ready to be launched then you go to the top left corner where it states "Sandbox lab" with an arrow downward just right of it. Push this option and select "more info" Here it states who the owner of the lab is (the person who initially constructed the template I guess). This is written as a link for the email of the person. And the text of the link is the initials of the person. You are able to search the site for information about these initials, too.
Buttom up:
the person at the end of this email was really helpfull.

Yes .. you cannot delete the Reserved Lab but you can update the time in a future any alternate time.
