cannot connect to vpn lab

im trying to connect to the vpn for the lab. Initially i was able to connect but eventually got disconnected. Now i'm trying to reconnect using the same credentials but i get the error login failed

@aureliolc12 this could happen if your reservation ended. Make sure if you have an active reservation. Credentials for VPNs are always one-time/unique.

Nevertheless is better to grab a new reservation. 

This same exact problem just happened to me and I still have 2 hours left in my reservation. I got randomly disconnected after using the sandbox for an 1 hour 45 minutes. It is the second time that it has happened.
