No timelines for updates as for now. I can share your feedback with the sandbox team but for now, the focus is on a new platform rebuild the team is working on.
I don't see the nexus 9k always on either. The sandbox team remove from time to time sandboxes that they are working on. I suspect this is the case. I haven't heard about removing this sandbox so I expect it to be back.
@rmbrumfield78 if you are an instructor there is a support page on the netacad portal where you can open a case. I don't have access to the portal, but I suggest to look there. I don't think you will find the netacad support on this page.
