Cannot end sandbox CI/CD pipeline for infrastructure automation

I launched the sandbox about 2 months ago and whenever i tried to end it, i got an error saying

'Running terminate is not allowed at the moment, because there’s a conflict with currently running operations. Please wait until these operations are completed.'

It is currently still active, and i can't use other sandboxes because of it.

How can i resolve this issue please?

Apologies for the delay but your environment was ended. Can you check that you can spin up a sandbox now ok?
