Cannot ping UCS IMC hardware, can ping DNS server, how to reset server?

Successfully reserved Sandbox ID 8a80fc31-cca3-4452-8c90-9849773a1e7e.

VPN establish correctly, but NOT able to ping hardware at 10.10.20.62, also not able to access via HTTP/S.

Able to ping associated DNS server shown on VPN connection at 10.10.20.100.

How do I reset hardware to establish a connection on the management port? 

NOTE: we have connected successfully many time in the past, just not recently.

Was able to successfully ping and HTTPS/Redfish connect to a peer UCS IMC resource at 10.10.20.60.

However, still not able to ping or connect to assigned resource at: 10.10.20.62.
