I cannot setup the VPN connection for the sandbox
I have ended the reservation and restarted it, no luck. It simply refuses to connect.
Any help?

Hi,
Could you please check your reservation status? As you know, VPN access would be revoked once the reservation ended with "Completed" state.

I've just connected with the VPN headend using your credential. Please check if the connection is blocked by firewall your there.
