Cannot use Sandbox after connecting to VPN

I made a reservation for Collaboration Lab: CUCM 12.0 with CUCM and Presence.

After i log into the VPN i am able to reach CUCM Servers through HTTP, but when im not able no get back to the sandbox there is a no connection error.

Also i am unable to navigate to google, cisco.com, etc...

 

I've verified that DNS are resolving addresses

If you are using windows, try turning off IPV6 on your wifi and lan adaptors. I saw other issue issuesolved after disabling IPv6 on the local internet connection
