Cisco Finesse Failed to Connect UCCX Sandbox 12.5

Hello! I'm having some trouble connecting to finesse on UCCX 12.5. I'm using the credentials given in the section of finesse in the sandbox but it keeps saying it's connection is failing, and after that a Sign In Error pop-up appears saying its not accessible. Any advise to address it? Thanks!

Still continuing getting the failed log in error, anyone with the same problem?

Finesse requires associated IP Phone or Jabber online. Have you started Jabber in host Jabber1 i.e. ext. 6001?

Hi Zowu! Yes, every time I reserved the Uccx Sandbox 12.5, I would enter to all the Jabbers to activate them and then go to Cisco Finesse. I would enter the credentials according to the Sandbox and there is when all the errors appeared trying to sign in.

Please check the user is the same between Jabber client and Finesse desktop:

 

- Jabber 1 host

Agent001/ciscopsdt/6001
