Cisco Modeling Labs Availability Issue

I've been attempting to launch CML in the sandbox space for the last week or so. Is it common that it's almost never available? Additionally, every time I've had an opportunity to launch it, it has failed. Then, when I refresh the page to try again, all 105 slots are taken again.

Unfortunately it is common that the CML sandbox is most of the time at full capacity. Is the most popular sandbox. The sandbox team already worked to address this issue, like reducing the time the sandbox can be reserved, allowing more slots. They are also adding more capacity in the backend but is a slow process that will take a while.

The recommendation is to keep looking once in a while. You could also consider using the CML free tier https://developer.cisco.com/docs/modeling-labs/cml-free/ 

If you work for a customer/partner you can also request access to https://content.ciscodcloud.com/ through your Cisco account team
