This issue was previously reported and marked as resolved, but it is still occurring.
When I attempt to launch a CML environment, it runs for approximately 4 minutes and then fails with the following error:
"Torque was not able to complete launching your environment. For more details, contact your space admin."
Current Situation:
The issue is happening again consistently
I tested using incognito mode
I also tested with 4 different accounts
The error persists across all attempts
Impact:
This is preventing me from launching any environment, making the platform unusable.
Request:
Since this issue has reoccurred after being marked as resolved, please:
Reinvestigate the Torque scheduler / backend provisioning
Check for resource limits, queue issues, or node availability
Please provide a permanent fix rather than a temporary resolution.
Also, please escalate this to the engineering team if needed, as the issue is persistent and reproducible.
Thank you.

Hi @mehwish0093,
Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue with reserving the Cisco Modeling Labs sandbox.
After reviewing the situation, it appears that you already have a running reservation since past couple of days and you may not be able to reserve another as it limits users to reserve more than one simultaneously. Further, the CML sandbox environment is currently operating at full capacity. The maximum number of concurrent sessions has been reached, which is preventing new reservations from being scheduled at this time.
Since availability depends on active usage, I recommend checking back periodically and attempting to reserve the sandbox at different times. As sessions end and resources free up, you should be able to secure an allocation.
We understand this may be inconvenient and appreciate your patience. Please feel free to reach out if you continue to experience issues or need further assistance.
