Concurrent Sandbox Limit Reached

I am trying to reserve a Cisco VIRL Multi-IOS Cisco Test Network lab and I receive the error message "Concurrent Sandbox Limit Reached".  I do not have any labs reserved and the duration of the reservation does not matter.

I tried logging out/in with the same results.

How do I resolve this issue?

As I understand Sandbox ENG team were working on some reservation issues yesterday.
