Connection attempt to VPN has failed

I reserved a spot to test out the new CML and I clicked on the URL that was sent to me:

    • Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20154
  • But it failed "Anyconnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. "

What's going on?

I never received the email with VPN information. Lab is already reserved. Now what?

From the FAQ - https://developer.cisco.com/docs/sandbox/#!faqs/faqs

 

Q: Where can I find my VPN credentials and connection information.
A: You'll find them in two places. Check your email inbox for an email from devnetsandbox@cisco.com titled "Your DevNet Sandbox Lab is Ready" you'll find the VPN information about halfway down.

VPN credentials can also be found by checking the "Output Window." Look for this button in your reservation:

Output Window Toggle

This output button will toggle the output window open and closed. This window looks like a command terminal, and displays information about the sandbox automation, including VPN credentials once they've been generated.

You can check if the ports are open outbound to the destination. The port range will be anywhere from TCP 20100 through TCP 20354. If that's not working, keep in mind VPNs also use TLS (TCP 443) and DTLS (UDP 443). Though typically these are open in most organizations.

Hi i got same issue? got the credential and lab network address

Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-us-sjc.cisco.com:20155
Username: xxx
Password: xxx

I did translate the server and got the public IP
Connect the server IP to anyconnect
Got error "Connection attempt timeout. Verify internet connection"
12:35:01 PM Contacting 128.107.93.228.
12:35:17 PM Connection attempt has failed.
12:35:17 PM Unable to contact 128.107.93.228.
12:57:45 PM Contacting 128.107.93.228.
12:58:01 PM Connection attempt has failed.
12:58:01 PM Unable to contact 128.107.93.228.

Sometimes your sandbox can come up with errors and as such the VPN will not allow you to log in. Please end this reservation and start a new one. If you have the same issue, please provide the sandbox name which this is happening on.
