My vpn to the sandbox is not working. When I entered the credentials sent to my email, it will prompt login fail

we need more info. How is the VPN setup, what is being used as the terminating VPN..... etc

I would end the reservation and then start a new one, restarting your computer in the meantime.
If that doesn't work, you could open a Sandbox Support Request by clicking on the green 'Report a Sandbox Issue' button on this page: https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/bd-p/4426j-disc-dev-devnet-sandbox
