...Message seems to indicate unstable/slow Internet but... bandwidth seems adequate, sandbox vpn tunnel is stable, etc... This could be something simple I'm missing? ...Any ideas?
After tunnel is established the DevBox nor 9300 switch respond to pings...

I tried a sandbox and didn't see the same issue you noted. Tear the reservation and begin a new one, see if that does the trick.

Solved: Thank you Stuart …and everyone else. The problem seem to be related to an older version of macOS Firefox used (56.0b3 (64-bit)) -but must keep around for other applications. Using the latest Chrome browser works great ( 81.0.4044.138). …Many thanks!
