In the "Introduction to Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) APIs" -> "Introduction to Cisco ISE" -> "Preparartions" starting at step 6, the lab builds a VPN connection to dCloud. Step 7 has a note stating: If the ping is not successful, consult with your lab proctor, or dCloud support. I never get the option to ping, as the VPN never connects. I put in a case with dCloud support, and they said:
I have investigated further, I was able to find the backend hidden dCloud session where the DevNet lab was running, I was able to confirm that the resources are accessible and working as expected on the dCloud session, as you can see I was even able to access the ISEs GUI. In this case I would advise you to reach out to DevNet support as it seems the issue is being caused by the configuration on their side, as after doing several tests it all points to the DevNet lab's terminal not being able to reach dCloud, they may have some kind of network block.
I am attaching the logs from the lab session where I attempt to start the VPN. I have attempted to connect to both SJC and RTP; however, both fail.
