Devnet Sandbox for Multi-IOS Cisco Test Network Lab active with error

Hello Support,

After launching the the Multi-IOS cisco test network lab I get active with error and as a result I don't get the Anyconnect credentials. Is there anything I can do to get this to be able to launch the lab successfully?

Error:

I am facing this issue too(on 21-01-20). The second email never came and the status went to Active(with Error). I have attached a screenshot for the same
