Devnet Sandbox not sending email to permitted users

Hi there,

 

It seems permitted users are not added to vlan and respective credentials are not sent to them via email.

i have tried so many times.

 

here is my sandbox reservation id: 2cace537-a08a-4bb8-929e-32cc3391e99c

list of users to be added: jaya@hakunamatata.in, nandha@hakunamatata.in, rajesh@hakunamatata.in
