Error - Cisco AnyConnect - IE3400 - Edge Compute and Cyber Vision

Hello,
Currently, I have a problem when logging via Cisco AnyConnect to the sandbox reservation I made for "IE3400 - Edge Compute and Cyber Vision".

The message I get is:
"VPN establishment capability for a remote user is disabled. A VPN connection will not be established"

My reservation is: devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:21418
My username is: msk84

I thought it's a provisioning error so I have cancelled my reserwation and order it again but I'm getting same problem?

Maybe remote users are disabled for this lab?

It sounds like you are using a jump host or from virtual machine to connect to the sandbox? If this the case, i do not think this will work, there was a number of threads on this and articles saying you could update the local any connect file, but i have never seen this be a success in this case.
