I used the sandbox lab to test the IM Presence. The Cups Serveri IP is 10.10.20.17, and the config details are as follows:
domain: "psdtemea.cisco.com", httpBindingURL: "http://10.10.20.17:7335/httpbinding", unsecureAllowed: true |
I'm not sure if these configs are correct, and the error in the log is
XMLHttpRequest: Network Error 0x2eff, Could not complete the operation due to error 00002eff. |
when i tried to Login.

Hi,
Can you tell me what webpage you are getting the above information? The CUP server for the Shared lab has an IP address of 10.10.20.20.

Hi Joe,
The web page containing the basic-chat demo says using default settings in the html if connecting to the Jabber Shared Sandbox. However, when I logged in with the use provided by sandbox, it kept reminding me that "XMLHttpRequest: Network Error 0x2ee7, Could not complete the operation due to error 00002ee7."
What is this error saying?

Pinging 10.10.20.20 is not successful. i think the environment configuration of 10.5 lab is different now, the topology illustration says that the cups server ip is 10.10.20.17. Considering above, maybe the bosh URL should update?

Hi Peng,
Ok I Understand now. you are talking about a Dedicated Collaboration 10.5 lab. However, looking at the system, I don't see your current running reservation. you need to goto the portal and book a 10.5 lab. you will then get VPN credentials and details when the lab is spun up.
If you want basic chat/IM, you can also create some accounts on the shared sandbox lab. You can then VPN in and register devices but you will not have access to the lab servers.
Let me know what lab you want to book and I can take you through it.
Joe
