Error in Reserved Sandbox

Reserved the Cisco Modelling Labs Enterprise, and it had provisioning errors.

State indicates Active with error, but I did not get the email with the login information.

At this point I am unable to use the Sandbox. Let me know what I need to do.

These are the last lines from the command output:

Thanks for letting us know the issue. We've fixed the reservation issues. Please end your error reservation and spin up a new one.
