Since yesterdays (2023/03/05) outage, I have not been able to start any sandbox instances.
When attempting to start and instance I receive the error:
"You are not allowed to perform this action. Reason: 'Max. active envs. policy: This space has a limitation on the maximum number of active environments allowed per user, you have reached this limit! Please try to launch again after terminating your currently active environment."
I have one environment that has been terminating since yesterday (2023/03/05) morning. I don't see any options to kill the process.
Does anyone know how I can kill this process so I can create a new sandbox?
