I keep getting an error " There was an error processing your request' while trying to launch the "IOS-XR Programmability Always-on sandbox"

This message appears on always on sandbox as technical no reservation is actually required. On the instructions of the sandbox of the screen expand the options in the “additional information” and follow the sandbox domain name/IP address and username/password.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. However, i did not receive any email with the Anyconnect VPN/Login details. I only get this email and nothing after that.. I waited for about 30 minutes...  See the email below:

Hi Janmesh Jani,

We are currently setting up your
IOS XR Programmabilty AlwaysOn Lab, which will take approximately 1 minutes.

We know you are anxious to get in there and start doing great things, but we need a little more time to stitch it all together and run a few tests.

In the meantime, here’s what you can expect:
When your sandbox is ready you will receive an email with your lab’s access credentials and instructions on how to connect.
If there are any issues setting up your sandbox you will receive an email with details and next steps.

Note: If you do not have the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client installed on your system you should do that now.  It is required to access devices in your Lab.

Please be patient – access to awesome Cisco technology is just minutes away!

That’s correct. There is no VPN requirement for the always on sandbox. You can access these directly over any internet connection.

Hope this helps.

Hi.. Thanks for responding.. i really appreciate your help...

Yes you are right... I am able to access 1 node... But what actually i am trying to do is follow the instructions here on "IOS-XR Streaming Telemetry " lab ... It says i need a VPN connection and i will have access to the 3 devices listed

not sure if you have access to this.. I think this will give you better idea what i am trying to do...

Ok i see the issue you are having. The sandbox being referenced is not in the catalog anymore as far as i can see, and the only XR sandbox is the one you mentioned is the 'always on' which would not be able to run the lab you are using for number of reasons. The devnet team will need to update the lab, remove the lab or advise when/if the sandbox will be placed back into the available catalog.

Hope this helps.
