Is see this one at capacity right now, looks like the same issue you reported before. Guessing there might be an issue with reservations and the engineering team will need to check and advise.

Sir, this is not a reservation issue. I reserved this lab for four days, but when the lab started, I got an error saying “Launching environment failed.” The main issue is that the environment could not be launched successfully.

@mehwish0093 when did you start the reservation?
