I need your kind support to extend my ACI simulator sandbox reservation for one week, the lab detail is below:

Thats the VPN endpoint you have provided you will need to provide your sandbox id. Go into your reservations page, on the reservation click the square icon and you can find your sandbox id. It will look like this

Sandbox ID 4455743b-cc74-475d-babf-be8ff7220ef2

Note: The sandbox already ended, can you extend it or should I reserve another one and extend it within the default 8 hours?

@M.Dodokh i cannot extend for you, i am just a mere community person / fanboy. You will need one of the admin team from devnet to do this for you such as @ zowu and your sandbox you want extending does need to be fully active yes sir. Grab a new one and extend this for as long as the reservations allows, provide the sandbox id and if possible it can be extended. To the best of my knowledge at this time, this is how it works.
