https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com Unable to resolve

Hi,

I've been trying to use the ACI Simulator Always-On in DevNet. I request a timeframe and give it time to load up. Once I get the email saying its running I go to follow https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com/ and it will not resolve. I've tried a couple of times. Can anyone shed some light as to why does't work? Is it a capacity thing?
