Hello,
I was trying to check the APIC-EM and also the sandbox labs. I reserved it and I connected to the VPN, also I logged into APIC-EM
but when I try to SSH any of the devices on the sandbox I cannot access to them
I am getting the following error "You do not have permission to access this connection because you are not logged in. Please log in and try again."
Any idea what could I be missing, I get the same when i tried to SSH the APIC-EM server , but when i log into it on the web i can do it .
thank you

The web based SSH sessions should be repaired now. I've tested both connection types and can get SSH access. Do you have an active reservation I can test on? It may be easier if we have a short webex call to take a look at the issue.
Thanks!

Hello Adriana!
This is a small bug that we're seeing in the Sandbox with the browser based SSH system. Could you please try to SSH using a local client temporariness, such as Putty, TeraTerm or SecureCRT? You can find the credentials for the APIC-EM server in the instructions on the left side, or by clicking the "Attributes" button on the APIC resource, shown below:
Please let me know if you've got any questions!
We'll let you know once we've got the web based SSH sessions repaired!
Thanks!
