@bsolis So I understand, you have an active reservation and your vpn connection is up and working. You are asking/saying that the devices in the sandbox you have reserved are not reachable? Typically the only access you have to the devices is via the ports listed in the instructions. You have shown icmp does not work, this might be due to firewall rules, can you connect on ssh as shown?
Re: Capacity. All reservation based sandboxes have a limited capacity, mean only x amount of reservations are possible. For example CML on 50 reservations are possible. Once capacity is reached you have to wait until a reservation ends.
