IoT Dashboard RDP not functioning

Hi IoT DevNet Team,

Attempted to perform two IoT learning labs over a span of two weeks. Each time I've encountered the following message when attempting to connect to the dashboard.

Followed the instructions and using the provided credentials, Cisco VPN (AnyConnect). Unable to connect.

Read other post associated with Dashboard error messages like:

Re: IoT Operations Dashboard API but believe this is not related. Posted inquires there and received feedback from A. Stevenson that he too is unable to access the Dashboard.

Please assist with error messages that indicate upgrades, modifications or platform messages to help users realize the issue is with the platform and not their setup.
