Lab status active with errors

Dear all,
I have reserved APIC-EM__GA_HW-MiniLab-3_Reservation. I have got an e-mail that the lab was being prepared. Now, 12 hours after the lab preparation e-mail was received, I did not receive an e-mail that the lab is prepared. When I open the lab the status of the lab is active with errors. Also, I did not get the credentials for VPN logging.
Would you be so kind to help me resolve this problem.

Hi Ivona,
Request to check the option reservations which is under the lab management tab on the topology page.From there users can locate their VPN credentials.
Also check your spam folder
Moving your question under sandbox for more visibility of support engineers.
