Missing Lab

I've used the lab:

Unified Contact Center Express 11.6

Is that one removed? I can't seem to find it... If so, which would be the best replacement, if I need to test making and receiving calls?

Is there a way to enable SSO? I can see I can add a new client program in https://hq-uccx.abc.inc:8553/idsadmin/Main.jsp#/Clients (and I did), but https://10.10.20.10/desktop/sso/test gives me a 404, so I assume it is not enabled...

I tried to go to Settings (instead of Clients), but that page was empty.
