Greetings,
I have scheduled (11.5 collaboration sandbox) and the VPN allows only for one connection
I want to increase the number of VPN connections to be at least 4 (as I want to increase the number of connected parties to the sandbox)
please guide me how can I do that

I have this issue too. I might be missing something here but my concept of the sandbox is to have a fully functioning UC environment with 20 preconfigured Jabber user accounts. I know you can get another set of VPN credentials during the sandbox reservation process however it sounds like each user (a) has to have a CCO account and (b) must all be on the same email domain. This severely limits the capabilities of the sandbox. In addition it seems that there is no way to save your sandbox configuration and restore it again at a later date.

Hello Mohammed and Mike!
Thanks for your input! We're currently working on a PoC for multiple VPN sessions. Once the PoC is complete, we will work on bringing this into production! Sorry about the trouble.
In terms of configuration and restore, this currently isn't a feature that we can support. We hope to support this in the future, but I don't have any timelines for it at this point.
Finally, most collab labs do have a handful of jabber accounts configured. Check out page 11 of the lab user guide for Collab 11.0: https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/sandbox-instructions/Collaboration_SJ_11.0/Collaboration_11_instructions_update.pdf
If there's not enough accounts and you have to add more, we can likely work together in order to extend you reservation for a reasonable amount of time. This would prevent you from needing to re-configure the systems ever week.
Please let me know if this makes sense, and if you've got any questions!
Thanks!
Jacob
