I had a Cat9k App hosting sandbox reservation set to start this morning. I got the "We are setting up your sandbox" email, but never received the second email with credentials. Going to the sandbox now, doesn't seem to indicate that I have a reservation, asks me to reserve it again. I can do that, but I would rather get the initial session if possible, so I can start using it now (rather than waiting until tomorrow) and so I don't have two pods reserved and keep someone else from working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
