I have tried twice to spin up a reserved Catalyst 9k, and I'm not getting the setup e-mails with VPN credentials. I looked under the properties, and it has start e-mail notifications disabled and I can't change it. The address on my Cisco profile is correct, but I don't see where to set it under my DevNet profile.

Hello, i am sorry you are not getting your sandbox details.
You can get your sandbox VPN details, opening the main sandbox page and clicking on LAB MANAGEMENT --> RESERVATIONS. Then click on the sandbox you have reserved, when you see the topology you can click the 'Output' tab and a console will appear with your sandbox reservation details.
You should be able to see your details accounts connected (such as your SSO) in https://developer.cisco.com/user/settings
under Account/Notifications.
