Hi! I am trying to install Openconnect on my Ubuntu machine following the guide Cisco linked in their sandbox info: "https://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-install-openconnect-vpn-server-on-ubuntu-22-04/". I am on the step where I have to enter "sudo make install" but I get the output of "make: *** No rule to make target 'install'. Stop."
I am in the ocserv directory and there is a file called INSTALL in there.
Help appreciated, thanks!

This error normally means the Makefile, the script that tells make how to install the software, is missing/incomplete. You need to ensure you run the configuration and compilations part first.

Based that you said you can see the INSTALL file, I assume you cloned the gitlab repository.
It sounds like you missed the commands
autoreconf -fvi
./configure && make
These will create the Makefile you can use to with make
Best way to confirm is if you share a ls -lsa
Looking at https://gitlab.com/openconnect/ocserv you can also install OpenConnect without cloning the repo, although you still need to build it using make
