"vNexus Dashboard Fabric Controller" sandbox unavailable

Hi, 

the vNexus Dashboard Fabric Controller instance in the lab has been unavailable for a long time now and many users are frustrated because unable to use it, as you might read in another post. 

Personally, I have been waiting for days on end, but the resource is always unavailable. As we can see from the screenshot, the instance was last deployed on November 1st (I have been trying since early October, lucky him), but at the same time we see that Currently Active is 0 (zero).

So it looks like that there is something wrong there.

Can anyone please look into this for real?
Also, it seems that this instance is in high demand. When would be possible to book / reserve it in some way so that at least the user knows when he /she will have access and plan the work? 
That would be highly appreciated.

This sandbox is being upgraded to an newer version and hardened to avoid users abusing this environment for means other than intended. 

We will update the community when the new version is available for reservation.

Looking at teh catalog i see on this sbx

The maximum number of concurrent environments for this blueprint has been reached. Please try again later.

But as you noted 

Currently Active 0
Active environment limit 0

I do not know how many instances of this sandbox are possible, normally this is listed, but not in this case. If this is virtual there is normally a good amount, if this is a hardware environment, it will be limited to one or a very very small number. At the present time no feature is in the catalog to book sandboxes.

Will wait for the engineering team to advise the status of this one.
