Tried logging in to VPN but could not even though I am using the correct login details sent to me via my email. Repetitiously requesting for username and password. I cannot go further.
I have installed Open connect and that of Cisco AnyConnect.
Please, what do I do to get out of this issue?

my session still shows active - should be active for another 3hrs 20 min approx 1:00am Sat 10/12
I entered the information from the email into Cisco AnyConnect
Any connect looked like it connected - but then immediately went back to showing "Connect"
The same URL is still present
When I clicked the button to Connect again - the username was already populated with the username from the email
I entered the password again. The same thing happened again
I have gone through this several times - same thing happens every time.
