Reserved sandbox not fully active

Hello,

I've reserved an Open NX-OS with Nexus 9Kv sandbox and received all the e-mails, but it still says that I need to reserve it to activate above the topology. I cannot ping any of the switch management IPs, even though the lab says that I should be able to.

Is this a known issue?

Have a look at this thread, i added comments on how to check from the devbox using virlutils if your switches/topology is up https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/issue-with-open-nx-os-with-nexus-9kv-sandbox/m-p/3948370

Please check your email inbox for mail title "Your Cisco DevNet Sandbox Lab is Ready", which shows your active reservation details.

Hello,

I already read that and used the details to connect. I can also ping the other addresses, just not the switches.

Edit: the environment now shows as active, but the switches still time out when I try to ping.

All switches should be simulated by VIRL. Please check "my simulations" in https://10.10.20.160 (guest/guest) to see if all instances created.

Only the jump host is listed.

Hello,

I ended and reserved the sandbox again, and there are still no switches listed.
