Sandbox Collaboration 11.5 and 12 returns error when finished

Hi today I try to create two (2) Sandboxes: Collaboration 11.5 and Collaboration 12 and I end up with the same results.

Both returns error (Active with errors) when creation finish. Error reports

Error occurred during "Connectivity" stage

And NO vpn setup mail was received

Hi,

Tested both the 12.0 and 11.5 CUCM sandboxes today and they spin up fine for me.

Can I get you to make another reservation at your convenience and we can track the setup from here?
