Sandbox Currently Down. We are investigating.

Hi @,

I would like to note that we from Serbia cannot open sanbox at all, it will be a white page when we want, for example, a demo for DNA, Catalyst Center and the like.

Tested with multiple providers, from multiple locations

Hi Stefan, 

Not aware of any connectivity issues in that regard. Can you get to https://developer.cisco.com? Can you open the sandbox portal at all?

Thank you @jokearns1. I have been trying to spin the SD-WAN sandbox and while the process begin as usual, 4 minutes before it completes, it shows an error message that it was not able to complete the process. Sometimes the deployment process stay more than the regular 10-15 minutes and never ends. Is there any ETA for the fix?

We have isolated the issue and currently working on fix. I cannot give an ETA right now but I would say it will be late this afternoon GMT.

Hi @jokearns1 I confirmed the issue has been resolved. I fired up my SD-WAN sandbox without issues. Thank you a lot for your help.

P.S. Just for curiosity if you can share more details about what was the issue and the fix, I would love to go through the details. Thank you again.
