Sandbox Lab Environment not accessible despite connected over VPN

Hi There,

We got DNAC lab for 8 hours and despite connected over VPN to lab, we cannot even ping the IP addresses mentioned in lab notes or even on lab itself. Our goal was to run bunch of python code from our machine to DNAC over http to perform certain DNAC operations. Even the lab view shows DNAC is down. Even if DNAC is up, we can't even curl http or ping or ssh to any of the IP addresses given in the lab.

Here are the screen shots.

Since we are new to sandbox lab environment, please suggest if we are missing something to follow.

Thanks,

Just to add, we read other posts where it was advised to turn-off IPV6 on wifi adaptor for windows. We did all that as well, still not able to access VMs/Softwares even after reconnecting over vpn.

On the main sandbox page does it show that the resources are available? Did you sandbox set up without errors?

ICMP is generally blocked over the VPN and so it’s not a great way to test reaching the sandbox. Only the ports you see listed in the sandbox will work normally. As you mentioned you can curl/http to the DNCA device would mean either the sandbox had an issue with set up or there is an issue with that sandbox Cisco needs to fix.

Suggest to cancel the reservation and check the sandbox icon on the main page ensure it does not state any issues. There is a few DNAC to select if I recall, so you can try another of for example DNAC 3 does not work.

Hope this helps.

Its seems to be the issue with Sandbox. I'm on DNA LAB 3 sandbox. i couldn't able to do any curl/python even i couldn't open its webpage with HTTP.

But i have the access to the CML and devBox.
