https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com/ and https://sandboxapicdc2.cisco.com/ both are not working get APIC 404 not Found on both.

perhaps they just need a restart.

I think https://sandboxapicdc2.cisco.com/  was retired, its not in the catalog - but the first one is 404 here too.
