Sandboxapicdc s in loading

Hi Team,

  Can anybody please assist me here , https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com/ page only loading , even login screen is not coming up.

I have tried across Crome,Safari still facing same issue. Please suggest.

@jadhav-rahul328 the sandbox was down due for maintenance. Now is working. Be patient, the page takes a bit of time to load but eventually it does. As an alternative the sandbox team recommends to use the reservable ACI sandbox.

@jadhav-rahul328 it was taken out of service last week and the teams said they would advise when this was back live https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/unable-to-login-to-cisco-aci-sandbox/td-p/5323181

@jadhav-rahul328 Yes I see the same. The sandbox team will need to advise on the status of this and per the other thread of this is now back in service. I would use the reservation one until this is confirmed by the team.

I have checked with 4 peoples and all facing same issue. Also I have reserved the sandboxapicdc for 3 days, but still facing same issue

@jadhav-rahul328 if the always on sandbox is down, this will effect everyone whom attempts to connect to it.

Are you also saying the reservation sandbox is down for ACI too? Is your reservation active and you can connect your vpn?

The reservation has been active for 3 days, and I’m not using a VPN on my laptop.

@jadhav-rahul328 so you are only using the always on version then. If this is down you will need to wait for the team to fix this.
