I've tried accessing IOS XE on Cat8kv AlwaysOn with and without a Launch and get the same error.
$ ssh admin@devnetsandboxiosxe.cisco.com
kex_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer
Connection reset by 131.226.217.181 port 22
Any help appreciated!

Sadly happens a lot with this sandbox due to abuse. Suggest to use the reservable one instead.
Hope this helps.

Would you mind sending me your Dockerfile for any devices you spin up locally and in AWS? That would be a good solution for what I need.

Sure, sadly i cannot find the learning lab for this on devnet this should be close tho https://github.com/cldeluna/vagrant-ios-xe - i meant to say Vagrant, not Docker... this is the guide i used for AWS https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/csr1000/software/aws/b_csraws/deploying_the_cisco_csr_1000v_on_amazon_web_services.html
Hope this helps.
