Trying to test a call for Cisco Finesse with default Jabber setup

I apologize but I am new to the sandbox environment. I can't seem to make any calls at all in Jabber. I have used RDP to log into the server to use Jabber for Agent001. When I go to the settings => Accounts screen then I get an error stating that it "cannot currently connect to servers. contact your system administrator". I am trying to test logging in as an agent and making a call from another phone.
