Has anyone been able to successfully add a colleague to the sandboxes?
I seem to be unable to add one of my colleagues to the list of permitted users even though both our accounts share the same email domain and company. I have also noticed that I do not actually get the emails with anyconnect credentials so even though the correct email for myself shows on developer.cisco.com, is there some possibility my email is set incorrectly somewhere even though it is updated both here and on my CCOID. This worked without issue at a previous employer.
Any assistance would be great.

Hey James,
The sandbox only allows one VPN per sandbox, you cannot share information and be connected at the same time. You could share VPN details with another user, but you would have to be disconnected.
VPN credentials can also be found by checking the "Output Window." Look for this button in your reservation:
This output button will toggle the output window open and closed. This window looks like a command terminal and displays information about the sandbox automation, including VPN credentials once they've been generated.

As your suspected that link is inaccurate (well spotted). At present, one user per vpn with no capacity another at reservation time per the last update.
