Hi Team and @bigevilbeard ---- Please help Unified Contact Center Express 12.5 lab

Today I Register Cisco Sandbox with my Brother Gmail Id and even I already used the Cisco Sandbox Using My Gmail without any issue.. But on Today When i Register the Cisco Sandbox and it is registered and got the Email with Password and URL and the Cisco Any Connect is already Installed in My Machine  and When I Entered the URL and entered the Username and Password and Tried to Connect and it's get Connected But When Tried to enter the "Unified Contact Center Express 12.5 lab"  it is getting failed.. unable to Connect to

Example :

Administration

If you're not already connected to the lab, check out the "General" tab then come back here!

Administration Page Links
NOTE: We recommend setting your primary DNS to 10.10.20.100 for proper lab DNS resolution, Service Discovery, and Chat functionality

CUCM Administration: https://hq-cucm-pub.abc.inc

UCCX Administration: https://hq-uccx.abc.inc

CUIC Administration: https://hq-uccx.abc.inc:8444/cuic

Once Connected to the Cisco AnyConnect also.. I'm unable to reach to any of the above link to use the "Unified Contact Center Express 12.5 lab" But getting the Error message as "This SiteCan't be Reached"... attached the Screenshot for your Reference.

Please send the resolution to jganesh11rock@gmail.com or Contact 8667616613

  • Ensure you are using HTTPS
  • Try disabling IPv6 on your local internet connection
  • With Windows occasionally seen issues with TLS being blocked (if you are using Windows)
  • Please be sure that your local and corporate firewall allow VPN tunnels
  • Another good test (if possible) is to try connecting another PC running a different operating system and see if that one connects
  • Go to Network Connections from Control Panel, right-click Cisco AnyConnect Security Mobility Client Connection, and choose Properties. Then disable IPv6, change IPv4 IP settings from Fixed IP to Dynamic. Close all Network Properties dialogue boxes, and try VPN connecting again

Hope this helps
