I received an email for my sandbox reserved session with lab network address. When I try to connect to the address devnetsandbox-us-sjc.cisco.com:20218 via cisco annyconnect client I get an error message could not connect to server. Please verify internet connectivity and server address I can confirm there are no firewall or proxy setting preventing this connection. I was able to connect to my previous lab from the same laptop and same network.
