Unable to test calls using Jabber for Android

I would like to test a call using Jabber for Android with Cisco UC Manager 12.5, how can I do this?

I have tried the following but got an error.

    1. Reservation of Cisco UC Manager 12.5 from SandboxLabs.

    2. I have installed "AnyConnect" and "Jabber" on my smartphone.

    3. Connected to Sandbox with "AnyConnect".

    4. I launched "Jabber" and entered the following information to connect to CUCM IM and Presence.

        Account type: Cisco IM and Presence
        Connected to server: 10.10.20.17
        Account: user11@abc.inc
          * User registered in Sandbox from the beginning
        Password: cisco1234

    5. When I open the Jabber keypad screen, the following error message is displayed.

        Cisco Unified Communications Managerサーバに接続できません。ネットワーク設定を確認してください。

        Unable to connect to Cisco Unified Communications Manager server. Please check your network settings.

 

I want to call user11 to user12 using Jabber for Android.
