I haven´t recieved my VPN credencials.

How cAN I GET THEM

Check in your reservation you can get your information, if this fails contacts the support team with your sandbox id.

When you reserve a sandbox, you will receive two mails. The first one confirming your reservation is being built and a second one, with the credentials to access the VPN sandbox after the sandbox is built (can take several minutes).

You can also find the credentials in the quick access tab on the sandbox reservation page after the sandbox is built.
